Hey there! I’m Drew Grindahl, and believe it or not, I’ve been right where you are. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, but I struggled with consistency like so many of us do. It felt like a never-ending cycle—I'd get into a routine, see some progress, and then slowly drift back to that lack of motivation. I realized I was getting swept up in internet trends and restrictive diets, which made long-term success feel impossible.
After a lot of trial and error, I found the perfect fitness hack: making fitness work for my lifestyle and focusing on what I genuinely enjoy. Once I centered my routine around things I love, I started to see effortless and sustainable progress.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification from the NSCA,
